Looking Back at the Look Ahead, "Peace and Security” in 2025
Can a Review of Past Table-Top Scenarios Help Us All See Toward the Future? Plus, The Orbs are Coming!
In April 2021, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) an "international foundation that aims to advance global cooperation, security and peace,” created a summary of five potential scenarios the world could face in 2025, recommended responses by the world governments included.
There’s a Scenario for That
First, this is what these groups do. Lots of scenarios, tabletop exercises, events are how governments, corporations, militaries and think-tanks train. We’re told this is all about strengthening crisis and risk communications strategies but we’ve also seen these exercises be almost well, prophetic, in their planning.
In 2017 it was the SPARS Pandemic 2025 - 2028 scenario. This scenario had an outbreak of SPARS-CoV, St. Paul Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus. In mid-October 2025, missionaries return from the Philippines after assisting in flood recovery after a catastrophic flood hit Southeast Asia. They brought back more than just stories of their trip. Dark Winter, June 2001 - covert smallpox attack on US citizens
Atlantic Storm, January 2005 - transatlantic leaders response to a bioterrorist attack
Clade X, May 2018 - pandemic policy issues and preparedness from US government leaders
Event 201, October, 2019 - a high-level pandemic exercise hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
Catastrophic Contagion, October 2022 - WHO board meetings addressing a fictional pandemic, again hosted by B&MGF
In 2022 it was the Planetary Defense Interagency Table-Top Exercise 4, a simulated national response to an asteroid impact in Winston-Salem, NC. Table-top 5 was April, 2024.
Even the recent National Blueprint for Biodefense of 2024, with the scenario event taking place on July 4, 2025. Eeek! This one has gained a lot of attention in the last week. No one cared when a few of us shared this last year but let a “truther influencer” get it and it’s the event. Keep in mind, points like these are easy engagement pieces for the ever growing emotional vampires we find all across social platforms.
When I first saw this video early last year I really did think it was a joke, this of you on my Telegram channel would know I said that exact thing when I posted it. Of course, it’s a real and from the Bipartisan Committee on Biodefense itself:
This same group, The Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense, held another event in May 2025 - Astrobiodefense: Biological Threats and the Next Frontier. The purpose, “to provide a better understanding of how to strengthen international astrobiodefense and planetary protection efforts through: (1) current government astrobiodefense efforts; (2) new scientific and technological advances for astrobiodefense; and (3) collaborative efforts and public-private partnerships to improve astrobiodefense. More information will be provided as the event date approaches.”
Peace and Security 2025
Now, let’s move on to what I really want to share. Few have shared this one. If Mr. Stewart Best,
, wouldn’t have mentioned, I would have overlooked it too.By now you should be seeing the trend toward 2025. They expected us to be literally on fire by now. Congratulate yourselves! As many times as we have been collectively pushed toward total chaos we have not reached the final breaking point, but it’s just a matter of time.
The April 2021, Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), Peace and Security 2025 report is broken into 5 scenarios. If there is any question as to whom this report is written, it’s for the UN. “ Peace and Security” alone should have given it away.

Hothouse Earth:
Catastrophic floods hit South-East Asia ( same 2025 location as SPARS ) causing mass migration of people and a world government that has failed to act on climate change due to the distraction of COVID-19 in 2020-2021.
Peace and security will not be achieved without climate change being addressed. The UN Conferences, Conventions and Councils must take action.
Nuclear Winter:
An Asian national Parliament is hit by a terror attack, explosives take out most of the people in charge. A neighboring nation denies involvement but the devastated country invades anyway. They are met with nuclear warheads and then respond with bigger nuclear warheads. After a few months nuclear winter sets in and starves over two billion people.
The UN, & Civil Organization, must be more involved in mediation and prevention of conflict between nuclear powers.

Collectors of zettabytes of data need to be more transparent in what’s being collected and why. Government and civil society should be more involved in making the corporations more transparent, and the individual more responsible for their online behavior. Digital citizenship curriculum should be included at every level of education. Promotion of education & awareness of privacy, data security & misinformation to prevent any widespread disruptions to peace & security.
Malicious Online Avatars:
Haters gonna hate but now it’s a whole other level. The neighbor you have beef with has conceived a plan to ruin you with you. Yeah, they create a digital you, an avatar, that goes around the internet doing things that you never imagined.
With the use of GAN, generative adversarial network, your digital and biological data ( remember that DNA sample you so freely handed over to get your genealogy? ) a deep fake, worst possible, version of you is formed. Proving the real you vs the machine would be almost impossible.
The increasing use of AI cannot be stopped. Limits of access to behind paywalls, embedding safeguards into tech, and a global governance system should define basic principles to safeguard humanity from catastrophic misuses of AI by malicious actors.
Cough, cough, orbs anyone?
As of May 1, 2025 World, formally Worldcoin, is available in the US. By the end of this year 7,500+ will be available to scan eyes across America.
Announced at “World At Last” the company’s event in San Francisco on Wednesday April 30, 2025. Co-founder Sam Altman and CEO Alex Blania outlined the expansion of “the largest human-centered identity and financial network.” Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville and San Francisco will be the first spots for Americans to verify their “World ID.”
The new World factory in Richardson, Texas, will produce Orbs for the American market and to help with global scale. Also announced, partnership with Visa, Circle, Match Group and Razor. Plus, the Orb Mini is on the way.
The “prove your human” devices have been given a green light in the US, after being blocked the last two years. When I made the below video in 2023, the WorldCoin could not be issued within the US.
World is an eye-scanning orb that will be used to verify you are human and not a bot. Your biometric data, scanning eye, forehead, frontal lobe, who knows how far the scan actually goes. You will see these across the county.
In 2023, I wrote the below article. This was the moment in time when AI cold have been stalled, a six-month pause was practically begged for by leaders across the field. As you know, not only did we not see a pause, we saw an acceleration.

The next great technological advancement is upon us. No one cares if we want it or not; it’s happening. Accountability of a nation, possibly. Only the Lord truly knows. We do know that evil has no bounds and comes in many forms. The insistence on the rise of AI sets the stage for what is ahead.

Days of Hate by White Supremacist:
Not a lot to say about this that you wouldn’t expect to be included.
White supremacist group leader jumps into the political game causing the 24 hour news cycle to run a continuous feed of negative rhetoric. To promote chaos groups spread racist and xenophobic content, misinformation, and conspiracy theories on social media. They use special algorithms to get their message out. This hate driven misinformation campaign, leads to urban violence with attacks focused on ethnic and religious minorities.
This is all leading up to the “ day of assault “ that takes place in both urban and rural locations across leading to rioting, murder and unrest across the world.
Social media companies are to put in place emergency protocols and gatekeepers to stop misinformation campaigns, design technical forensic systems to integrate into their platforms that allow people to check for misinformation and implement AI to measure an uptick and dangerous content all while allowing free-speech to not be restricted.
Call for laws to be enacted and enforced that will legally prevent individuals from spreading misinformation campaigns and to prevent the use of algorithms to spread hatred and conspiracy theories that inspire acts of violence. Whole of society approach to include schools, civic organizations, local leaders, and citizens to prevent the spread of misinformation online. Whole of government approach beginning with local leaders, all the way to the highest forms of government to instill inclusiveness.
